The technician, John, was working for my condo’s annual inspection yesterday and I would like to say that the gentleman was very phenomenal and look to be extremely knowledgeable on what he was doing. He was very friendly and had no problem explaining to me on what he was doing, as I was very curious and fired him with questions about his job and position. Even when I felt like I was stalling him, he still worked fast and efficiently. I am very pleased of the service that EPI provided to my condo. I would definitely recommend this company!

City has already written them up just Google EPI city of Toronto and you will know how they are. Fake fraudulent style “fire protection. “. Fires where alarms don’t sound. No access for firefighters. I will be saving up for a real Fire Marshall inspection if the building doesn’t burn down first. . Seriously.
